Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center is a 248 bed hospital with a staff of 300+ volunteers. We offer a Senior and Junior Volunteer Program. Our volunteer services are focused on customer service and hospitality, complementing the quality of care provided by the staff. Volunteering will provide the opportunity to provide service to the community, gain experience in a health care setting, acquire new skills and make new friends.
Our recently renamed San Jose Medical Center is home to nearly 194,000 members. With qualified bilingual caregivers onsite and specialized services—such as a sleep-disorder clinic, weight-loss management, chemical-dependency treatment, chronic pain management and much more—our members get the personalized attention they need.
